Next Day Air Shipping: Only available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday delivery. 

Shipping Guarantee

Unfortunately there are currently no shipping companies that ensures perishable packages. UPS has a 99.8% delivery accuracy rate, the best in the industry but once in a while a package will get delayed or lost. We pack with enough ice to last 3 days in transit. Any further delay may result in your product spoiling. Upon receiving the product, you can check the temperature when in doubt. It needs to read 45 degrees F or below. If your package gets “lost in transit” then we would be able to work it out with the carrier and send you a replacement only.

Local Shipping

Local shipping would be if you live in a 35 mile radius of San Jose, CA 95127. This cost varies and is based on volume. When you enter an address that is within our range the website will automatically give you the option of local delivery. When selected, a representative will call you to set up a time. 

Product Condition 

All steaks are minimally trimmed, vacuum sealed, and shipped frozen with packed ice blocks with occasional dry ice depending on the product. It is completely normal if your product arrives partially or completely defrosted. If you plan on consuming the product within 10 days you can leave it in the refrigerator. If not, you can immediately put it in the freezer. We are certain there will be no loss of quality, texture, or taste.
