All Beef is graded by a 3rd party to ensure the marbling and grade are up to the highest standards.
All pieces are cut into 1.5”-2.25”. The Porterhouse Cut which has a bigger tenderloin piece attached. To qualify as a porterhouse cut, the tenderloin would need to be at least 1.25” from the bone to the widest part of the tenderloin. Anything else is considered a traditional T-Bone
Program: 100% American Black Angus genetics which are all hand chosen. All of the cattle are on the “Never-Ever’ program and are never ever fed hormones or antibiotics. Sustainly raised, corn based feed program, and provide humane animal treatment.
